“What process does the New York City-based NHL executive leadership use to collect and evaluate FAN INPUT on major operational issues like publicity, media coverage, game broadcast availability, and scheduling?”
[This is actually a polite way of asking, “how come the NHL keeps shooting itself in the face?”]
